The automation promised simplicity and delivered a hobby. Two features from the sales demo turned out to be unavailable in our region.

Still glad we chose it, 2 years later

For a finance team of 30 people the permission granularity is the difference between order and chaos. Reports we used to build manually every month now refresh themselves on schedule.

Our accountant in Johannesburg recommended it, good call

Batch invoicing pushed out four hundred invoices in the time the old way did forty. Priority support at this tier actually answers with knowledge rather than articles. Performance stays snappy even with our transaction volumes, which Plus was starting to feel.

Our Polokwane head office and three branches all live in one file with clean segment reporting. The Finance AI summaries give our MD a weekly picture without anyone building it. It gave our finance function room to breathe for years.

It does most of what it promises, though not all of it speaks South African yet. Support at this tier is better, but complex questions still bounce between agents.

Exactly what our 55 person business needed

We moved a 55 person company off a creaking ERP and onto Advanced, and the monthly saving is embarrassing. Everything from Plus carries over, so stock and projects kept working through the upgrade.

Good decision for a 55 person company

Role based access means our warehouse team, sales team and finance team each see their own world. VAT stays correct through the automation, the batch invoicing, all of it. Unlimited chart of accounts meant our group structure finally fitted properly.

The strengths are real and so is the invoice every month. Revenue recognition works for simple schedules and gets fiddly past that. The workflow builder is genuinely usable by a finance person, no consultant needed.
