Excellent platform with a few South African rough edges. Client bank feeds are the recurring headache, when a feed drops the client blames us. Client subscription billing runs through the firm, one invoice to us, margin retained.

The accountant tools are superb, the surrounding workflow less so. Support does not distinguish accountants from consumers, so we queue with everyone else. Our whole team works in the same client file simultaneously during busy season.

After 10 years running the practice on it, the verdict is positive with caveats. Ledger is great but clients cannot touch it themselves, which surprises some of them. The Find an Advisor listing has sent us a handful of genuine leads.
