Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. Reporting beyond the sales basics means exports or add ons. Reports show win rate by rep and by source, the two arguments that matter.

The core is superb and the extras are priced like they know it. Marketing needs a separate product entirely. Rotting deals change colour, which triggers exactly the right awkward questions.

Best money our sales team spends

Automation sends our follow ups and books the next activity before the rep forgets. The scheduler ended the six email meeting arrangement dance. The benchmark sales CRM for a reason.

Good but not perfect for our Pietermaritzburg team

We love the product and flinch at the dollar debit order. Marketing needs a separate product entirely. Features migrate up tiers at rename time, our renewal needed a careful read.
